The gooey center held up perfectly after two days in the fridge, and that salty-sweet crust is pure magic with coffee. One slice somehow felt like just enough but left me craving another bite by evening.

I’m usually not one to order dessert online, but this slice held up shockingly well in transit — the gooey center was still intact and that buttery crust had just the right amount of crunch. Took a bite and immediately felt like I was back in a NYC bakery line.

The salty-sweet balance is spot on, and the gooey center held up perfectly even after a day in the fridge. One slice is genuinely enough to kill a craving, though I wish it came with a fork.
