The dough on these is the standout—it’s genuinely soft all the way through, not just the center, and the chocolate chunks are thick enough to actually bite into. I’ve kept the tin on my counter for three days and they’re still just as moist as the first one I pulled out.
I grabbed this tin for a road trip and the cookies stayed soft the entire drive, even in the heat. The balance between the dough and the chunks is spot on, and each one feels like it came straight from a bakery case.
The chunks of chocolate are huge and stay melty-soft right out of the tin, which is exactly what I needed with my afternoon coffee. I've already finished four of the twelve, so the only downside is my willpower.
