Olivia ★★★★★

Finally got to try this before it disappears, and the crispy cereal crunch between the layers is such a fun surprise against the soft cake. The carrot cake itself is dense and moist without being heavy, and the marshmallow frosting is light enough that I finished a slice without feeling gross. Wish

The marshmallow frosting is what sold me—it's fluffy without being overly sweet, and the carrot cake layers stay moist even after a day in the fridge. The cereal crunch adds just enough texture to make every bite interesting.

That crispy cereal crunch in the middle is such a fun surprise against the soft carrot layers, and the frosting stays fluffy without being too sweet. I grabbed it twice before it sold out again—worth every crumb.
