The assorted tin landed on my doorstep yesterday and I've already plowed through three of these little classics—each one tastes like it just came out of the oven, soft in the middle with that crumbly edge I crave. My only struggle is rationing them so I don't finish the whole 12-count in one sitting
The tin is perfect for keeping around for when company drops by unannounced. We finished the chocolate chip ones in a day, but the variety meant everyone found their favorite. These taste like the cookies I remember from childhood, just without the effort of baking.
The house smelled amazing the second I popped the tin open, and the cookies really do nail that soft-baked texture of a classic from my own oven. Finished the whole sleeve of the chocolate chip ones before I even got to the kettle.
