10" Birthday Cake

Brought this to my nephew’s party and the confetti layers were just as nostalgic as the boxed mix we grew up on, but way more refined. The cake stayed moist right through the third tier, even after sitting out for an hour.

The three tiers of vanilla confetti cake are exactly like the boxed mix I grew up with, but somehow richer and more special. It arrived looking perfect for the party and everyone kept asking where it came from. Moist, nostalgic, and gone within five minutes.
