I’ve baked three cakes from this book already, and the gooey Crock-Pot cake was a total game-changer for someone like me who usually avoids yeast. The instructions are so clear that even my first attempt at the upside-down cake came out bakery-level.
Bought this for my sister who's just starting to bake, and the Crock-Pot cake idea alone was worth it. The instructions are clear enough for her to follow without calling me every five minutes. Only wish there were a few more photos of the finished cakes, but the recipes have been spot-on so far.
